Belleville Senators vs. Laval Rocket
Ottawa Senators fans can get a first-hand look at the Club’s up-and-coming prospects next month when their American Hockey League affiliate, the Belleville Senators, hit the ice at Canadian Tire Centre on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
The matchup against the Laval Rocket (AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens) will be the first regular season game for the Belleville Sens at the home of their NHL parent club, outside of the COVID-impacted 2020-21 campaign.
“We’re very excited to bring this game to the Canadian Tire Centre,” said Ottawa Senators Associate General Manager and Belleville Senators General Manager, Ryan Bowness. “It will be mutually beneficial both for our great fans in the Ottawa/Gatineau community to get an up-close look at our exciting group of prospects, as well as our players to experience the thrill of stepping onto the CTC ice for a regular season game.”
The game comes as the Belleville Sens continue to battle for seeding in the tight American Hockey League North Division and should provide for an entertaining affair between two rivals who have already faced each other five times this season, with three of those games decided by just one goal.
