OTTAWA – The Ottawa SkyHawks of the National Basketball League of Canada have announced their 2013-14 season schedule. Playing 20 games on their home court at the acclaimed Canadian Tire Centrealong with 20 games on the road, the SkyHawks are gearing up for an exciting 40-game regular season.
The SkyHawks historical opening night will take place on Saturday, Nov. 2, with tip-off scheduled for 7 p.m. against the Windsor Express at Canadian Tire Centre. This will be the debut of Ottawa’s first professional basketball team, an expansion team playing in the NBLC. The Ottawa SkyHawks pledge to deliver top-tier basketball, exciting halftime shows and non-stop action for the whole family.

Individual ticket prices start as low as $20.60 per game, which includes all taxes and convenience charges. Five-game flex packs start at $147, while 10-game flex packs can be purchased for $180. The Ottawa Skyhawks will be offering special pricing on family 4-packs for all Sunday afternoon games, which is part of the SkyHawks commitment to provide top level entertainment at an affordable price.
There are benefits to buying early, as fans will get the opportunity to pick their seat and choose the same seats for multiple games. The SkyHawks will also be rolling out an exclusive rewards program that will provide fans with the opportunity to earn rewards on ticket purchases and for supporting the team. The SkyHawks are putting together a championship calibre team as analysts have already pinpointed Ottawa as having a strong chance at being a major contender in its first year in the NBLC. Under the leadership of head coach Kevin Keathley, the SkyHawks have recruited the best talent available to attend training camp, which includes local and Canadian professional basketball players who have been playing outside of Canada.
